Bin Mubarak briefed the US diplomat on the latest developments and progress of the conference, saying that all efforts of the NDC's Secretariat along with the majority components in the conference are focusing on accelerating efforts to complete all pending tasks and issues in order to conclude the NDC.

He indicated that the presentation of the NDC Transitional Justice Working Group's final report in the NDC third plenary session is an achievement that puts the conference on the verge of a conclusion.

For her part, the US diplomat reaffirmed her country's support along with the ten countries sponsoring the implementation of the Gulf initiative to make the NDC a success and to achieve a political settlement in the country. She affirmed her country's support of the efforts of President Hadi to overcome all obstacles that threaten the present and future of Yemen.
