
The NDC Presidency released a statement on Wednesday to the NDC members. It was considered a statement of the NDC final outcomes.
The statement confirmed the following;
1-All NDC outcomes and documents which form the specifics of the current constitution will not be inconsistent with the Gulf initiative and its executive mechanism and the general framework of the UN Security Council resolutions 2014 and 2051.
2- All NDC outcomes and documents will not establish any sectarian or split entities that threaten Yemen's security, stability, and unity. The NDC outcomes will ensure an inclusive and just solution to the southern issue within the framework of a unified federal state on the basis of a unified, democratic federalism in accordance with the principles of justice, rule of law and equal citizenship.
3- All NDC outcomes and documents are aimed at tackling all grievances of the victims of political conflicts within the possibilities of the state and within the framework of transitional justice and national reconciliation.
4- The new constitution should include texts that preserve Yemen's unity and the identity of the state and prevent any actions against these goals.
