The NDC final plenary began on Thursday in a meeting headed by NDC Presidency's member Mohamed Qahtan reviewing a draft of NDC final document.
The draft of NDC final document includes an introduction and guarantees to implement NDC outcomes and make it a success, as well as standards and conditions for membership in the constitution-drafting committee.
It also includes a project of NDC final statement, in addition to the final reports of NDC nine working groups, (the Southern Issue, the Sa’ada Issue, Good Governance, Comprehensive Development, State-Building, Independence of Special Entities, National Issues and Transitional Justice, Military and Security, and Rights and Freedoms).
Furthermore, the NDC final document would cover all NDC Presidency statements along with speeches of President Hadi during the conference.
Moreover, the 20 points proposed by the National Dialogue Conference's (NDC) preparatory technical committee and the 11 points approved by the NDC's Southern issue team concerning the trust-building measures would be included in the NDC final document.
NDC political components are expected to submit their notes and recommendations on the NDC final document to be discussed on Saturday.
