NDC Guarantees' Committee, formed by the NDC Final Plenary Session reached on Sunday to a consensus on several items concerning a draft of guarantees to implement NDC outcomes.

The committee which is composed of 18 members held four meetings chaired by Abdul Maleek al-Mekhafi where discussed a number of components' visions on guarantees should be followed to implement the NDC outcomes.

According to a source within the committee who said that the committee is expected to finish discussing and absorbing all components' notes on the draft in order to be submitted to the NDC final plenary session tomorrow.
