
Secretary General of the Arab League Nabil Elaraby welcomed on Thursday the conclusion of Yemen's National Dialogue Conference and approving the NDC final document, commending the role of President Hadi to ease all obstacles facing the progress of the conference.
He also valued all national efforts made by all political parts participated in the NDC in order to reach to a consensus and to recognize the outcomes of the Working Groups.
The AL Secretary General said in a statement that Yemen is on the verge of a new era in its modern history after the end of the NDC, which requires the continue of the spirit of cooperation and national partnership among all political forces, urging them to work positively towards implementing the NDC outcomes and towards building a new Yemen based on justice, equality, citizenship, and principles of good governance.
Elaraby pointed out that the NDC official closing ceremony to be held on January 25, will be attended by a delegation from the Arab League headed by the AL Deputy Secretary General, Ahmed bin Helli.
