President Abdu Rabbu Mansour Hadi met on Wednesday with Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Secretary General Abdul Latif al-Zayani.

During the meeting, they reviewed the latest developments in implementing the NDC outcomes and made arrangements to hold a Friends of Yemen meeting in Riyadh in April.

Hadi praised all efforts made by the GCC Secretary General and his vital role in Yemen, saying those efforts will remain in Yemenis' memories.

The President also stressed the importance of financial and political support in order to implement the NDC outcomes and to meet the aspirations of the Yemeni people.

For his part, the GCC Secretary General reaffirmed the support of the GCC states in order to implement the NDC outcomes and to face developmental challenges.
