Yemen TV broadcaster Ahmad Kibsi was involved in a traffic accident after leaving the main site of the National Dialogue Conference (NDC) yesterday.

The conference General Secretariat released a statement wishing Kibsi a speedy recovery, while also praising him as one of the most prominent journalists covering the conference - and as a member of the media who interviews NDC members from all segments of society.

Kibsi’s last interview before the accident was with a member of the Sa’ada Issues Working Group. At present, Kibsi is recovering in a hospital bed.
