The NDC Secretariat General held a meeting with working group chairpersons and their deputies on the subject of field visits to various Yemeni governorates on Friday.

A field visit plan was proposed by the Secretariat General and approved at the Friday meeting.  According to the plan, field visits will be carried out from May 12-17. The field visits will be split between all nine NDC working groups and will cover all Yemeni governorates.

The meeting was attended by NDC Secretary General Ahmed Awad bin Mubarak, his First Deputy Afrah Al-Zouba, and Second Deputy Yassir Al-Oaini.

bin Mubarak said the Secretariat General would do its best to facilitate visits to all Yemeni governorates.

“The NDC Presidency has assigned the Secretariat General to coordinate all discussions on field visit-related issues with the working group chairpersons,” he said. 

Al-Zouba provided a detailed explanation of the proposed plan with regard to financial, security and logistical possibilities.
