NDC outcomes monitoring committee receives constitution draft from CDC

Attended by the president of the republic Abdoh Raboh Mansoor Hadi, the national committee for monitoring the implementation of the NDC outcomes held a meeting today to receive the constitution draft from the Constitution Draft Committee (CDC), in which the constitution draft was received by the vice president of the monitoring committee, Dr. Abdul-Kareem Al-Aryani.

During the meeting, the president of the republic Abdoh Raboh Mansoor Hadi stressed that today the country has inaugurated an important stage on the way to apply the federal constitution that reflects the National Dialogue Conference (NDC) outcomes completely in the constitutional articles and rules that are committed to the NDC outcomes.

President Hadi praised the remarkable national performance of the CDC members without any effect of political party of group that lead to the accomplishment of the constitution draft based on their conscious and legal, constitutional and national culture.

The president called the monitoring committee to check, review, and work on everything that serve the Yemeni people and their future.

President Hadi then pointed out to the defections of centralization system,  and the administration strengths of the federal regions governments that can control system in details for several sectors such as education and development projects.

From his side, the CDC president, Ismail Al-Wazeer, expressed his thanks and gratitude to the president Hadi, and presented to the contents of the constitution draft of chapters and parts as agreed in the NDC outcomes, according to the Yemeni people ambitions and as per the committee mechanism that identified by the presidential decree No. (26) for the year 2014.
