Early in the day, the helicopter which was transporting the teams was the target of gunfire as it traveled above the city of Rada’.
"No one was hurt in the incident and the helicopter safely continued its journey to Baidha," said NDC Secretary General Ahmed Awad bin Mubarak to the Independence of Special Entities Working Group.
In Baidha, the NDC teams met with Governor Al-Dhahiry Ahmed Al-Shadady, Local Council Secretary General Nasser Hussein, and other local officials and civil society organization representatives.
Discussions were held on the topics of decentralization, equality and unemployment.
