NDC Secretary General Ahmed Awad bin Mubarak met with a World Bank delegation on Sunday. The delegation was led by Senior Development Specialist Balakrishna Menon Parameswaran.

The meeting’s focus was on possible technical assistance for the National Dialogue Conference (NDC) from the World Bank.

“The WB is ready to support the NDC with all possible means,” said Parameswaran, who also praised progress made thus far in the conference.

bin Mubarak briefed the delegation on recent NDC activities, which included field visits to key public, political and civil society organizations as well as meetings with various societal segments across Yemen.
