On Monday, the NDC Secretariat General called on the Marib Press Newspaper to apologize to Mubarak Al-Bahar, an NDC member whose photo was incorrectly used in conjunction with an article.

The article in question focused on the arrest of a main suspect in the murder of two young men.

The Secretariat General stated that the Marib Press should publish an apology of the same size as the photo which was used and place it in the same place and on the same page.

In a statement, the Secretariat General urged media outlets to publish accurate information and ensure that they are using correct photographs at this crucial moment in Yemen’s history.
