On Monday, members of the State-Building Working Group approved an agenda for the two months following the NDC’s second plenary meeting.

Group members discussed general goals and approaches and found agreement on broad constitutional principles.

A discussion was also held on group decisions made during the NDC’s first session, with a particular focus on points of agreement and disagreement.

The group members also reviewed a document from United Nations Special Advisor to Yemen Jamal Benomar which included a discussion on constitutional matters.
