Members of the Good Governance Working Group selected committees for the NDC’s second session on Tuesday. During the meeting, members also discussed plans for the second session, which will commence following the NDC’s second plenary meetings.

Members also selected committee chairpersons and rapporteurs.

There will be a rule of law committee (13 members); a public administration competence committee (17 members); and a foreign policy committee (20 members).

The new committees will replace first session committees on the themes of justice and equality; corruption and transparency; and the roles of political parties and civil society organizations.
