On the third day of the NDC’s second plenary session, NDC members presented their thoughts on how working group proposals should be voted on.

Today’s meeting was delayed for 30 minutes when the Houthi Ansar Allah Party staged a demonstration to condemn a violent clash at the National Security Headquarters on Sunday in Sana’a.

The party issued a statement calling for the formation of a committee to investigate the incident and for an NDC meeting to be held to discuss the matter.

The clash occurred after National Security Forces attempted to disperse Houthi protesters who had gathered to demand the release of prisoners.
