Arranged by the NDC Secretariat General, a three-day training course for 22 youth ambassadors from Rima, Dhale, Jawf, Shabwa and Hodeida governorates concluded on Tuesday.

Secretary General Ahmed Awad bin Mubarak attended the closing ceremony and gave a speech in which he put a spotlight on the role of youth ambassadors in reaching citizens all over the country.

He also stressed the importance to enhancing community participation and conveying public opinions and visions to National Dialogue Conference members.

During the course, experts introduced the trainees to the NDC working groups’ aims and activities. The experts placed a special focus on the concept of community participation and how community participation can be enhanced at the NDC.
