Members of the NDC’s Consensus Committee have been spending the week discussing their work plan and a proposal to have a rotating presidency for the commission.

Committee members have also agreed to meet with the heads of political groups which are participating in the NDC to discuss how the committee will operate in the conference’s second session.

In the meantime, the committee will continue to discuss its agenda on Wednesday. Other topics of discussion will include the Southern Issue Working Group’s first session activity and general second session conference aims.
