The Southern Issue Working Group submitted its final report on the’ roots’ and key components of the southern issue to the NDC Consensus Committee on Wednesday.

However, representatives of the General People’s Congress (GPC) Party have objected to certain points in the report.

The objections were later discussed in an exceptional meeting headed by group Chairman Mohammed Ali Ahmed.
